01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to i1malaysia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online gaming platform, accessible via the i1malaysia website and mobile app. By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of our platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and i1malaysia as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect from the date you first use our platform or click the "I Agree" button during the registration process, whichever is earlier.

02 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use i1malaysia services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• An individual acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not declared legally incompetent or prohibited from entering into binding agreements.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of i1malaysia or any of its affiliated companies.
• Residing in a jurisdiction that does not prohibit this type of online gaming activity.

Each player is permitted to register only one account. Holding more than one account is a serious violation of these terms and may result in all such accounts being suspended or terminated, including any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. i1malaysia reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information you have provided. The KYC process includes, but is not limited to, a copy of your identification card, a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and verification of the payment method used.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

I1malaysia supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and various local banks. All financial transactions on our platform are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the safety of your funds and financial information.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is subject to your chosen payment method and will be displayed on the deposit page.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes, depending on the payment method.
• I1malaysia does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources in your own name.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15–30 minutes after approval by our finance team on business days.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit.
• I1malaysia reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large withdrawal requests.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to the policies displayed on the platform's withdrawal page.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

I1malaysia offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions to our registered members. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. The following terms apply generally to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Every bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. This wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another user.

05 Game Rules

• Results displayed on your screen are final and binding. Any technical disruption causing uncertainty over a result will be resolved based on our server records, which are considered accurate and definitive.
• In the event of a connection disruption during an active game, any bets placed prior to the disruption are valid and will be settled according to the actual game result.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming system is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

06 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. i1malaysia will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your i1malaysia account. Do not reuse passwords from other accounts.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an added layer of security.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when you are done using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Immediately report to our support team if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

I1malaysia will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your negligence in safeguarding your account information.

07 Responsible Gaming

I1malaysia is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of self-management tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits to control the amount you deposit.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount for a specified time period.

• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or using this platform for money laundering activities.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or on behalf of someone else.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner clearly intended to exploit them rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Granting access to your account to any third party for any purpose.
• Using another person's credit or debit card without their authorization to deposit funds into your account.

09 Account Termination & Suspension

I1malaysia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the minimum eligibility requirements to use the platform.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance in your account will be refunded after deducting any bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirements.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, i1malaysia, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use our platform.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of i1malaysia to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

11 Terms Amendment

I1malaysia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

We will endeavour to notify you of any material changes via in-app notifications or by email to your registered address. However, it remains your responsibility as a user to review the latest terms. Your continued use of our platform after any amendments are published will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms.
